More about Goodheart Animal Sanctuaries
With the help of our valued supporters, we’re working towards a better future for animals through compassion, education, and advocacy. We care for over 300 rescued animals at our flagship site, Goodheart Farm Animal Sanctuary based in Worcestershire. As part of our dedicated Education Programme, we facilitate meaningful connections between visitors and our residents, helping to reshape perceptions of “so-called” farm animals and raise awareness of their suffering. Alongside this, we back national campaigns to prevent animal cruelty and inspire people of all generations to make compassionate lifestyle changes.
Key information
We are the first farmed animal sanctuary in Europe to be Verified by the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries and in 2022 we were selected to win the Outstanding Farmed Animal Sanctuary Award for our high welfare standards and operating procedures.
