Sawuchay is a Hertfordshire based, family run company creating artisan sauces. We look to respect our customers and provide the best quality products at a reasonable price, using natural ingredients and no artificial colourings, stabilisers or thickeners. We hate food waste and try to use surplus produce where possible, such as in our Fruity Brown sauce, we use surplus apples from Hertfordshire growers. We have also partnered up with the Trussell Trust to help eliminate hunger in the UK by donating 10p of every bottle sold.
