Each bar is made of 20 organic wholefoods and wholefood extracts, which have been carefully selected and combined to provide maximum benefit. HF bars also contain a range of functional ingredients that can help to improve cognitive function, increase stamina and focus, and support overall health and well-being.

All Human Food Daily Nutrition Bars are made of 100% organic wholefoods and wholefood extracts and contain no additives, no added sugar and no preservatives. HF Bars are available in 5 delicious varieties, each with their own individual, functional characteristics:

A sweet and fruity Red Bar, with 10g of organic Goji Berries, great for detox.

A Yellow Bar, more subtle and savoury in flavour, including 500mg of organic turmeric the most studied and widely-used functional food, with unique anti-inflammatory and immune enhancing properties.

A power-packed Green Bar, containing 2g of organic Spirulina which can help reduce cholesterol and alleviate symptoms of allergy.

Along with two new bars,

Orange, combining organic orange oil and cacao to give a delicious chocolate-orange flavour and offering 100% RI of vitamin C, essential for long-term health

And finally

White, with a total of 16g of organic, almonds, walnuts and cashews giving 900mg of omega 3 per bar, helping to reverse EFA imbalance, implicated in a wide range of the most damaging long-term health issues.
