More about kAAKAO chocolate
kAAKAO is a chocolate brand sweetened with dates. Our products contain 40% less sugar than the average chocolate bar. The base recipe contains four ingredients - cocoa, cocoa butter, dates and coconut milk - all organic and plant-powered.
There are few things that take us back to precious little moments as effortlessly as smooth, creamy chocolate.
We want to help you create those memories throughout life with the people you care about the most and with your favourite indulgent sweet treat (kAAKAO?).
Because life is short and chocolate is always a good idea.
Finnish-born Stephanie Seege grew up loving chocolate, but her childhood allergies and eczema severely limited her diet. In her twenties she went through a complete change in diet and lifestyle and she started developing recipes free from dairy, gluten and refined sugar to produce tasty snacks and treats. In that process she invented kAAKAO, a do-good chocolate snack brand made with innovative, unconventional ingredients that change the face of chocolate - now suitable for all.
kAAKAO is currently available in two flavours: Original, not plain! and Strawberry & Vanilla. We don’t use any dodgy ingredients (no soy lecithin, no additives, no preservatives) and our bars are insanely tasty with a creamy texture.
Indulge responsibly.
