I am not your typical yoga teacher. I came to the practice much later in life and only qualified shortly after my 50th birthday. Yoga in all forms has given me a new lease of life and introduced me to meditation as well as all kinds of practice from the slow and gentle rhythm of restorative yoga through to power classes.

I am a huge supporter of yoga as an accessible practice and believe that everyone can get so much joy from a regular practice that suits them.

I support functional yoga as opposed to an aesthetic practise - yoga is definitely not one size fits all.
