My teaching, treatments and lifestyle are an eclectic mix of herbalism, shamanism, kitchen and green witchery, veganism, and energy healing.

In my healing room in Helsinki I give gua sha and cupping treatments, mixed together with holistic massage, energy cleansing and self-empowerment.

I enjoy giving talks and holding workshops on favourite topics such as daily spiritual practice, self-expression, finding yourself and being you, self-care routines and practices for a healthier and happier you, strong immunity, manifestation, veganism, mindful eating, and ways of combining the practical with the magical.

I have trained and practised as an alternative therapist, vegan chef, restaurauteur, and mother (well, I didn’t get much training for the latter two), and bring two decades of experience together in my work at Home of Wellness.
