More about PlantXology
"PlantXology is a Vegan Indian Street Food Market stall in Brick Lane market. We believe we all should be able to enjoy highly delectable food which is rich in nutrients and that makes your taste buds go on a trip, especially to the Land of Spice and Flavour - India, leaving you surprised and wanting to come back for more.
Just to name a few of the spices we use in our cooking: fragrant cardamom, fiery chili, earthy coriander, the cure for all - turmeric and many more. The spices provide an essence of true Indian cuisine that can never be compared with anything.
One of our objectives is to use the power of plants to transform public perceptions surrounding vegan food. Therefore we strive to maintain the nutrients in our food at the same time"
