Steenbergs was set up in 2003 by husband and wife, Axel and Sophie, as an organic and ethical spice business. Since then loose teas and herbal infusions have been added to the range as well as a range of organic baking extracts and flower waters.
Steenbergs also stock a wide range of organic food and ingredients on the website.
They are committed to minimising their impact on the environment, all protective packaging is plastic free and the key ranges are recyclable glass.
