More about Super Nature X SITE
A talented team of chefs and foragers, artists, activists and gardeners, collaborating to create next-level plant-based and environmentally conscious dishes using homegrown, local and seasonal produce and zero waste principles.
Our menus are all homemade using plant-based wholefoods, and each dish is a celebration of hyper-seasonal British produce. We source our ingredients as close to home as possible by foraging wild produce, growing our own and buying surplus from our neighbours, purchasing further afield only from carefully selected independent farmers and producers who are using minimal intervention and regenerative farming methods.
We practice zero waste principles by pickling, fermenting, dehydrating and through the creative usage of every last part of each whole raw ingredient. On the roof deck above our palm-filled courtyard, we are composting our food waste, collecting rainwater and growing edible plants for our menu. All the salad leaves, herbs and flowers on your plate are mostly grown by us. In our underground lab, we are building a low tech mushroom farm where we will use our own and our neighbours’ coffee waste as a substrate to grow oyster mushrooms harvested straight to your plate.
Key information
We serve seasonal small plates, homemade breads, pickles + dips with a selection of natural wines and plant-based zero waste cocktails from 5 pm-9 pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings with a Taster Menu on request.
We serve brunch from 10 am-4 pm every day. Bottomless Brunch is £40 for one main dish of your choice and all you can drink Prosecco or Brunch Cocktails for a 90-minutes sitting.
