More about Willicroft
ESTABLISHED IN 1957
In 1957 Brad Willicroft's co-founder grandparents moved to Willicroft Farm in Devon (UK) with one tractor, 12 cows and a pack of cigarettes. They built their farm from the ground up to help 'feed the nation' after World War II, supplying milk and cheese to the local area.
REIMAGINED IN 2018
Fast forward to 2018. Unable to find a plant-based cheese that satisfied his cheesy cravings, Brad set out on a mission to create the world’s most delicious and sustainable alternative. Using traditional methods and knowledge learnt at Willicroft farm Brad started experimenting in the kitchen and the first Willicroft plant-based cheese was born.
Today Willicroft is a plant-based cheese & butter company based in Amsterdam. We make our delicious products from beans and lentils, ensuring there is no sacrifice in taste or texture! But we are more than that. While taste is extremely important to us so is our environmental impact. We’re very proud to be Europe’s 1st and only plant-based cheese B Corp. Our range saves up to 25x more emissions than the the dairy counterparts.
