Make sure our company is inclusive and ethical (from our working conditions + salary for our employees, to the products we create and where we source our ingredients) - Online we talk about social issues, such as the BLM movement, LGBTQ+ rights, women rights, including promoting other ethical businesses and sharing resources. While we don't have a fixed % we donate, we do donate regularly to organisations that do environmental, social and animal justice work (the type of organisations changes regularly). We also participate in local initiatives and demonstrations openly as a business and as individuals
